The 7-Eleven at Sandstone Point is now open. Niclin has worked hard with our Client, Leyton Property, and 7-Eleven Australia to bring this D&C development to life.
This mixed-use development consists of a 7-Eleven Service Station and 4 x retail tenancies across a 4690sqm site.
The site had complicated ground conditions to manage, with water found at one metre underground which Niclin successfully navigated throughout the project.
A big thanks must go to Matthew Farmer who showed resilience and diversity with his varied skillset, working with Lukas Weeks and Hamish Brown to deliver this fuel & retail project to the Sandstone Point area.
