Partnering with Leyton Property, Niclin undertook the design and construct of this mixed-use development consisting of a 7-Eleven Service Station and 4 x retail tenancies over a 4690sqm site. The site had complicated ground conditions to manage, with water found at one metre underground which Niclin successfully navigated throughout the project.
