Our team has something to say, “R U OK?”.

Our team has something to say, “R U OK?” It’s a message that means something to them and it’s important for the industry.

Today is R U OK? ‘Day’. It’s a reminder of the importance of checking-in on those around us, knowing that we can make an impact on someone’s life just by asking some very simple questions.

Central to who we are as a company is a passion to ‘do construction differently’, and mental health is an important part of that. We actively encourage our team to talk to each other, not just to get the job done, but to get to know our team and build those relationships. Mental health affects our physical health, and vice versa; they are just as important as each other.

While today brings a highlighted focus to this, we want “R U OK?” to be part of our everyday. Conversations that are geared towards helping people feel supported and connected can make a difference. When we invest more time in our relationships, it can make it easier for people to speak up, access help if needed and access it early.

Unsure on how to start the conversation?
