Niclin are pleased to have successfully delivered another warehouse in the M6 Connect Warehouse Estate, Meadowbrook. Partnering with Development Directive, Niclin were engaged for the design & construct of this project, consisting of a 2000sqm warehouse with 225sqm of office space, across a 4,285sqm site. Lot 12, Beal Street is ready to welcome the new tenants.
We must call out Ewan MacLeod, our cadet, for the great job on this one, getting exposure to multiple aspects of the building process. Nice work, Ewan!
