Partnering with Beckdev and WhiteCorp, Niclin are thrilled to have completed this architecturally designed, light-industrial D&C development, consisting of 18 tenancies with a mix of high-end showrooms, general purpose warehouses and self-storage units, ranging from 119 – 171sqm over a 2512sqm GFA, on a 3736sqm site. Units include a mix of enclosed office space or an open mezzanine level.

We are pleased to hear that Beckdev has sold all units, being used for a mix of warehousing and private storage. The Burleigh Business Hub will be the new home for a variety of industries, from fashion to health food, and some private investors for their own storage needs.
