Hard work pays off. Niclin is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Simon Rogers of Rogerscorp for the Design & Construct of the Paxton Street, Springwood Health Hub.
This medium-rise commercial project consists of a 7-storey, multi-tenant commercial/healthcare building, covering 3547sqm, including 103 car spaces, with a total GFA of 8166sqm.
Our Front-End Team of Paul Braggion, Coen Wilson and Ewan MacLeod coordinated this one-on-one negotiated tender and are quite pleased with how it all came together.
The project is planned for later in the year and will continue into 2022. The Niclin team are looking forward to working on this one.
