Niclin is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Whitemax for the design & build of the Burleigh Industrial Hub. This industrial development contains 18 tenancies with a mix of high-end showrooms, general purpose warehouses and self-storage units over 3736m2, with a 2512m2 GFA.
We are excited to work with the Beck family as they extend into the Brisbane market, having worked on previous large-scale developments such as Essendon Airport and Caulfield Racecourse.
Plus, we must call out Coen Wilson on this tender as he has taken a key role in driving this one home. Our cadet program gives plenty of opportunities for real experience and growth in the D&C building projects.
Works are planned to start August 2021 with completion due early 2022.
