Niclin are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Design & Construct for the Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) ‘Grevillea Place Warehouse’ project. Stretching across a 4500sqm GFA, with concrete tilt panels designed at 12 metres high, the team are looking forward to getting into this project.
Niclin continues to see the benefits of our collaborative approach to construction. Working with the consultants and key subcontractors throughout the tender period to find alternative solutions to common building methodologies and providing the client with strong Value Management/Engineering to meet their goals.
This is our very first project with BAC; a big shout-out to the Front-End team of Paul Braggion, James Hazlehurst, Coen Wilson and Ewan MacLeod, who worked tirelessly to pull this together. We especially want to call-out James’ enthusiasm and commitment throughout this tender. He was instrumental to the team, and he created an abundance of opportunity for us to explore, enabling the most competitive bid for the client.
Niclin will be working with Gaskin Construction Services to deliver this Light Industrial Development.
