Niclin has recently been awarded the design and construct of a 200sqm 7-Eleven service station, complete with 400sqm of space for 4x Mixed Use Retail tenancies.
Niclin has partnered with Leyton Property after working through our ECI (early contractor involvement) process. This collaborative approach, with a common goal, resulted in a good outcome for all parties.
