Brisbane Airport’s Grevillea Place is now the new home for Bevie and Bonds Transport, and Niclin are pleased to see the tenants moving in.
Working with Brisbane Airport Corporation, Niclin has successfully completed this $7.5M Light Industrial D&C project. Consisting of over 4500sqm of warehouse storage and office space, including 2200m³ of cold room storage. Externally, there’s 2500sqm of concrete hardstand, large enough to manoeuvre large semi-trailers, 2800sqm internal roadway and carparks, including two EV charging stations, plus, 4000sqm of landscaped garden beds.
This project also gave the Niclin team a varied experience of working directly with the tenants as well, as Niclin were later engaged to complete the fit-out works.
