Working with Brisbane Airport Corporation, Niclin has completed this $7.5M Light Industrial D&C project. Consisting of over 4500sqm of warehouse storage and office space, including 2200m³ of cold room storage. Externally, there’s 2500sqm of concrete hardstand, large enough to manoeuvre large semi-trailers, 2800sqm internal roadway and carparks, including two EV charging stations, plus, 4000sqm of landscaped garden beds.
