Niclin are thrilled to be awarded another warehouse in the M6 Connect Warehouse Estate, Meadowbrook. Continuing the partnership with Development Directive, Niclin has been engaged to design & construct Lot 12, Beal Street, consisting of a 2000sqm warehouse and 225sqm office space, across a 4,285sqm site.
We are super pleased with our Front-End team of Javier Ruiz, Michael Koziel and Ewan MacLeod who worked hard to build a solid understanding of the client’s needs, enabling them to rationalise the design and provide a great solution for our client.
