Niclin are very pleased to announce that we have partnered with Rogerscorp to design & construct the upcoming Stafford Services Hub, a dedicated veteran support facility with flexible medical spaces, which will be home to RSL Queensland and Mates4Mates.
This commercial two-storey retail and commercial development, will consist of a 688sqm Ground Level GFA and 1,625sqm Level 1 GFA, across a 3,655sqm site, providing a new face to the busy Stafford Road. We are excited to be doing another project with Rogerscorp, this one running simultaneously with Springwood Health Hub.
It was great to see the Front-End team of Javier Ruiz, Michael Koziel and Ewan MacLeod work together to find a great design solution for our client, through our value management approach; rethinking the structural design in this instance. Thanks to EDGE Consulting Engineers for working with us on this.
