Niclin have partnered with Keymax Property Group to transform an existing childcare centre into a medical centre, which will be known as ‘Caboolture Medical Hub’.
Having recently completed a medical and childcare centre at Everton Park last year where we provided value management for project feasibility whilst maintaining high quality standards and a low maintenance property.
