Niclin Queensland Developers Legislation Amendment


The Minister for Planning declared an applicable event for planning legislation amendments on the 19 March in relation to Covid-19 and we are now beginning to see some organisations take this opportunity to reassess their options and adjust to the situation accordingly.

In the past few days, temporary use licences have been issued for;

  • Changes to an existing lawful use
  • Extension of service hours
  • Extension of construction work hours
  • Increase the number of places for a childcare centre
  • New use for building
