Niclin are currently undertaking the design and construct of a 4,900sqm GFA industrial development for Northshore Group, featuring two separate warehouse and office buildings across a 19,630 sqm site.
Designed around a central private driveway, this project had flexible warehouse accommodation in mind, ready for fit-out and occupation by national tenants come late April.
