Niclin undertook the design and construct of this 2400sqm, state of the art, fitness facility with specialised zones and arresting architectural elements located within the live environment of the Clem Jones Centre.

The building has been constructed to allow natural lighting to fill the space via electrical louvres, skylights that span the length of the building and a large window on the front façade. Additionally, the aptly named ‘Air Deck’, opens to allow airflow and create an indoor/outdoor training zone with sprint track and views across the entire Clem Jones Centre.
