Niclin undertook the new fit-out works of The University of Southern Queensland’s Springfield campus library covering 920sqm.

The new library fit-out features capacity for over 300 students, high-tech group study rooms and booths and quiet individual study desks with complex architectural finishes and services combined to make intuitive and productive working and reading spaces.

In addition, the library fit-out included a shared kitchen, height-adjustable desks, moveable furniture, natural lighting and an outdoor area to enhance focus with productivity and interaction.
