Comprising of everything from base build works through to a specialty alarm system, furnishings and a children’s play zone, Niclin delivered this project in a short time-frame to very strict government specifications for tenant Queensland Health.

Given the age of the building, unknown services were discovered under the slab, however the Niclin team successfully overcame the issues, including the upgrade of numerous service interfaces, ensuring the program stayed on track, despite the works being greatly additional to the original scope.
