Our first warehouse project in the rapidly expanding industrial suburb of Brendale included development approval, design and construct of a compartmentalised warehouse and office complex.

This 4704sqm GFA warehouse and office complex on a 7087sqm site achieved over 65% site utilisation, and combined with the attractive Danpalon screens has made this site an attractive development for both retail and industrial occupiers.

This project built Niclin a reputation in the area that has resulted in the design and construct of a number of further industrial and commercial developments in the suburb.
