Niclin undertook the design and construct of a childcare centre for the client in preparation for an arranged childcare tenant catering to nursery, pre kinder, kindergarten and after school care.

Built in an area governed by the character residential zone code, despite being for commercial purpose, Niclin had to design the building to suit the local character overlay, with considerations for its proximity to the Queensland rail corridor.

As such, the Nido Early School features state of the art design, incorporating natural finishes and spaces with a significant playscape fit-out.
