Niclin were initially awarded the loading dock works project in the live environment of ACU, however were awarded multiple jobs thereafter following the success of the initial project.

The early works and services relocation featured a range of complexities; a lack of any as-built documentation, investigation work and a constantly evolving design from the resulting investigations, all requiring completion within a tight time-frame.

Despite these complexities, Niclin successfully completed the initial project and were awarded additional developments including an outdoor area, renovations to surrounding ground, and an office refit requiring reconfigured access and facilities; all of this work completed in the live environment of a working university.
