This construct only speculative 1400sqm GFA project consisted of a 400sqm office/ showroom and 1000sqm warehouse in the rapidly expanding industrial suburb, Brendale.

As a speculative build, the project had to be constructed to suit any potential tenant with complex divisioning featuring an air-conditioned showroom and office space arrangement while maintaining an efficient mechanical design and fire rating.

Despite being construct only, the project still featured a fairly complex structural methodology due to it’s proximity to the busy main road and neighbouring buildings, all in operation creating a unique live environment.
