Niclin undertook the design and construct including demolition and removal of existing facilities of this 240sqm fuel station with 1465sqm hardstand on a 2026sqm site.

After the demolition and removal of existing facility, Niclin constructed and redeveloped the station’s fuel infrastructure, external car parking, landscaping, building services and associated amenities.

This project was run alongside a similar United Petroleum service station project being designed and constructed by Niclin in Tinana, demonstrating our ability to handle multiple rural projects simultaneously.
