Niclin undertook the design and construct, including demolition and removal of existing facilities of this 240sqm fuel station with 1870sqm hardstand on a 2400sqm site.

This project was the first of five Niclin undertook for United Petroleum. It included the construction and redevelopment of the station’s fuel infrastructure, car parking, landscaping, building services and associated amenities.

To ensure the opening day ran as smoothly as possible, Niclin had key personnel and trades on site to resolve any potential issues immediately.
