Stage one of a two stage construct project, this warehouse and covered loading area with a 9425sqm total GFA was specifically designed for a logistics tenant on a 32360sqm site.

Despite being a construct only project, Niclin undertook several design elements including, slab, mechanical, electrical and sprinkler.

Featuring an internal fibre slab and smart-linked lighting, this project was designed to be economical and sustainable, reducing costs for current and future tenants.
