Niclin undertook the design and construct of this 7-Eleven fuel station for the client after being put forward for the project by 7-Eleven themselves.

Despite only contracted to design and construct the 7-Eleven, Niclin also undertook the early works of the clients subdivision, the first being the 7-Eleven; a 170sqm fuel station with 1365sqm hardstand on a 2286sqm site.

With Niclin having completed a number of fuel stations in the past, this project completed was successfully completed within 12 weeks; four weeks ahead of schedule.
