Niclin worked closely with Springfield City Group to design and construct this 500sqm GFA fast-food precinct in one of Queensland’s fastest growing suburbs.

With two national fast food tenants, these purpose-built tenancies for Guzman y Gomez and Zarraffas each included drive-thru facilities, both designed to maximise efficient traffic and pedestrian flow.

The third tenancy was designed with flexibility in mind to increase lettability in the complex between these two tenants.
