Stage one of a multi-stage project, the Niclin team undertook the tight completion, design and construct of this 4103m2 GFA project on a 6767m2 site, including preparation and approvals for the remaining stages.

Consisting of two warehouse and office suites, this project was constructed using tilt-panels to facilitate a swift build and reduced construction period with a tenant ready to move in upon project completion.

To maximise site efficiency, the Niclin team designed and constructed counter-levered offices over external car parking to achieve almost 60% site usage.
