Niclin undertook the design and construct of a 4900sqm GFA industrial development featuring two separate warehouse and office buildings, on a 19,630sqm site.

Designed around a central private driveway, this project consisted of two buildings; each with warehouse and offices, designed as separate tenancies, with the inclusion of a 4000m2 hard stand at the rear of the site for the incoming tenant Tadano Cranes.

The objective of this design was flexible warehouse accommodation for general appeal in the warehousing market, ready for fit out and occupation by national tenants.
