Niclin were chosen to design and construct a 1035sqm GFA warehouse on a 2985sqm site among other operating warehouses on the busy arterial, Kingsford Smith Drive.

Niclin provided a variety of value management solutions in terms of planning conditions and project delivery which suited the clients eventual end use; an automotive parts tenant.

Niclin overcame a variety of challenges on this project including; unfavourable ground conditions, service connection difficulties, zero allotment and the proximity of neighbouring buildings. Despite these challenges, Niclin successfully delivered this project within 12 weeks.
