Engaged as a negotiated D&C this 3500sqm warehouse on a 10,200sqm site was the first stage of a two-stage development. It features a 10t gantry crane spanning 100% of the warehouse. This was the first project for the client, which has let on to future projects which will be completed over the next couple of years.
