Niclin undertook the refurbishment of an old childcare centre into a new medical hub, known as Caboolture Medical Hub. This Construct Only development expanded the footprint, including new perimeter walls made of precast panels and structural steel, to create multiple tenancies. Our works were later extended to include two tenancy fit outs.
