The piles are in. We’ve hit the ground running after winning the Hemmant Warehouses, Lytton Rd job late last year; consisting of four warehouses over a total of 2,000sqm.
It’s a very tight site, so it’s a bit of a logistical challenge to manage, but the Niclin team are taking it in their stride. With the departures of the two 30t excavator piling riggs there is now a little more breathing room.
Footings are currently underway, thanks to Road to Roof Building & Maintenance, and preparation for the tilt panel installation whilst scheduling-in our subbies’ availability (a combination of COVID-19 and a backlog of project work after the rain) is all in a day’s work for our Site Manager, Kayde Walters.
